Who can see itYou, and the members of any shared journal you add something to (they see that item, nothing else). The services below process your messages so I can answer, and a small GIRI team can see messages when fixing problems.
Delete your data, any timeText me "forget me". I'll ask once to be sure, then erase your account, messages, notes, reminders, journals you created, files, your search index and the records we use to fix problems. Backups clear within 7 days and system logs within 30.

If you connect Google
- Connecting Google is optional. I ask for two read-only permissions: your Calendar events, and your Gmail, including the text of your emails.
- I use them only to brief you and to answer your questions about your calendar and email. I never send, delete or change anything.
- My use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Disconnect any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
How long I keep things
- Your notes, reminders and messages: until you delete them or say "forget me". [PO to confirm]
- Photos, voice notes and files: 90 days, then deleted.
- System logs: up to 30 days, then deleted.
- Backups: up to 7 days.
- Records of each conversation that we use to fix problems and improve GIRI: kept until you say "forget me".

Email giri@thecontextlab.ai from your linked email or tell me your number, and you'll get a copy of your data within 30 days.

- You need to be 13 or older (16 where the law requires it).
